Anyone in the greater Eldorado area may request services via email or phone call to the Volunteer Coordinator. She/he then gathers information as to the person’s needs and if within the scope of our services sends out a group email to the volunteers giving a brief description of the client’s needs. Volunteers respond if they are able to meet those needs. If the person’s needs are beyond our scope of services, the Volunteer Coordinator does her/his best to refer the person to appropriate resources in the community.
